Fees & Appointments
Judith is available at her friendly rooms in either Attadale or Gosnells, by appointment, between the hours of 9am and 5pm weekdays.
Counselling sessions last for 50 minutes. Individual session fees are $180.00* per session, and are payable on the day of the session/appointment. *Concessions (students/unemployed/pensioner) $160.00.
The session fee must be paid on the day of the appointment by cash, cheque or EFTPOS. *Accounts which are not paid on the day of your session will revert to the current APS recommended fee.
Medicare
Medicare rebates are available for those who have obtained a Mental Health Care Plan from their GP (MHCP). The plan entitles you to 6 – 10 sessions in a calendar year with a rebate of $87.45 per session. The duration of each session is approximately 50 minutes.
Private Health Funds
Private health fund rebates may also be available. Please check with your provider.
Cancellation policy
Please provide 24 hours notification should you wish to cancel an appointment. A cancellation fee of $180.00 applies where prior notice of cancellation has not been given.
Referrals
Judith welcomes self-referrals and also referrals from GPs, Psychiatrists, and other health professionals. If you are a health care professional and would like to discuss a possible referral please contact Judith by phone or email.
